Wakely Associates - Architects located in Warren, Michigan is seeking a full time employee meeting the requirements of an AIA Architectural Staff Level

Applicant shall have an Professional Degree in architecture from an accredited university and 3-5 years experience in a medium sized Architectural or Engineering Firm. Applicant shall have competency in the conventional aspects of architecture and be able to prepare construction documents of moderate size and complexity and be familiar with NFPA 101 and the Michigan Building Code/International Building Code. Applicant should also be able to prepare assessments, reports and proposals and assist with estimating. Applicant should be proficient in the latest version of AutoCad and REVIT. Proficiency in Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator is also desired.

Work will include but not be limited to K-12 School and Municipal projects.

A Full time position with a flexible schedule and benefits is offered. Salary will be based on the applicants experience level. Applicant must have a Professional Architectural Degree from an accredited University and experience working successfully in an Architectural Office. Applicant must have experience with and show competency with Revit, Autocad, Photoshop, Word, Excel, etc. Applicant must have knowledge in preparing building documents and coordinating with engineering disciplines. Applicant must be a self starter and have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to prioritize and work on multiple small and medium size projects as needed. Applicant must be able to attend meetings with Clients, perform on-site review and analysis of existing facilities and coordinate those findings into the building design and documents.

Professional Architectural Degree from an accredited University 5-8 years working in an Architectural Office.
